To be honest, I'm a little concerned about the difference between today's weight and yesterday's. There can be quite a bit of fluctuation from day to day, but a pound seems like a lot when I consider what I ate, drank, and eliminated.
When I got home, T-Bone told me that he had lost his job. The news was really a blow. Fear curdled my stomach; I lost all appetite. So I'm thinking that the weight loss is at least partially lost muscle, which is not good. I will have to work harder on the weights today to help protect my muscle.
